Symposium begins Thursday, August 8 at 6:00 p.m. and concludes
Sunday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m.
Symposium Fees (includes dinner Thursday, 3 meals per day Friday and Saturday,
and breakfast and lunch on Sunday - excludes lodging) Adults: $365
Young adults and children age 12 and under: $195

Symposium Cancellation Policy: 10% processing fee non-refundable

***All reservations need to be received by the hotel no later than Tuesday,
July 9. All individual reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied
by a major credit card number to guarantee reservation, or advance payment
of first night's room and tax. After the cut-off date of Tuesday, July
9 the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Any reservation
received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate
available basis only. Should the guest room block be filled prior to the
cut-off date, any aditional room requests will be negotiated on a space
and/or rate available basis. In the event departures occur before the
agreed upon departure date, an early departure fee of $50.00 will be assessed
on each room departing early. Upon check in, departure date will be verified
with each guest.
